1. Ownership

4. Client Deliverables And Advisory Work

Client-specific advisory, consulting, coaching, workshop, audit, or custom deliverables may have separate written terms. If a separate agreement exists, that agreement controls the rights for that project.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, LiveSearch SRL keeps ownership of pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, prompts, structures, reusable tools, and background intellectual property used to produce a client deliverable.

5. AI-Assisted Materials

Some materials may be created, drafted, reviewed, or improved with AI-assisted tools. AI assistance does not change the rights granted to you. Your license remains limited to the use described on this page or in the relevant written agreement.

Final responsibility for verifying, interpreting, applying, and relying on any material remains with the user or client.

6. User Submissions, Feedback, And Testimonials

If you send feedback, questions, suggestions, comments, testimonials, examples, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Testimonials, case studies, or identifiable client examples will be used only where appropriate permission or legal basis exists.

General feedback or suggestions may be used to improve products, content, services, and workflows without creating compensation or ownership rights for you.

7. Quoting And Linking

You may link to public pages. Short quotations from public content are generally acceptable when they are fair, attributed, and do not substitute for the original content. Paid, protected, or member-only materials must not be quoted, copied, or shared publicly unless the product or written permission allows it.
