Return and Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Most products on this site are digital products, protected resources, reports, templates, courses, memberships, or advisory services. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, refunds are limited.

LiveSearch SRL may make a discretionary commercial gesture in appropriate cases. Such gestures do not create a general refund right or future obligation.

2. Digital Products, Reports, Templates, Downloads, And Protected Pages

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated on the product page, digital products are generally non-refundable once access, delivery, download, protected-page access, account access, or use has begun.

This includes diagnostic reports, scorecards, templates, worksheets, digital downloads, protected pages, self-serve resources, and similar materials.

If immediate digital access is provided, you may be asked at checkout to request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right once access or delivery begins, where legally permitted.

3. Technical Access Problems

If you cannot access a purchased product because of a technical problem, contact support@julienflorkin.com. Please include the purchase email, order reference if available, product name, and a short description of the problem.

The first remedy is normally to restore access, resend access information, repair account access, provide an alternative access method, or confirm delivery. A refund is not automatic where the issue can reasonably be resolved.

4. Duplicate Purchases Or Billing Errors

Duplicate purchases, accidental duplicate charges, or clear billing errors may be reviewed if reported promptly to support@julienflorkin.com. If a duplicate or billing error is confirmed, LiveSearch SRL may refund, credit, or otherwise correct the issue.

5. Memberships And Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions renew until cancelled, unless the offer clearly states otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewal billing. It does not automatically refund previous charges, unused time, or partial periods unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Access may end sooner in cases of payment failure, chargeback, misuse, unauthorized sharing, breach of terms, security risk, or legal requirement.

6. Courses And Formations

Self-paced courses and formations are treated as digital content. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated on the sales page, they are generally non-refundable once access has started.

If a course includes live sessions, cancellation or rescheduling rules may be stated on the relevant offer page or in a separate agreement.

7. Advisory, Consulting, Coaching, And Custom Work

Advisory, consulting, coaching, workshops, audits, reviews, and custom work are not automatically refundable once preparation, delivery, review, analysis, call time, or custom work has begun.

Missed calls, late cancellations, or unused advisory time may be non-refundable unless the relevant offer page or written agreement says otherwise. Rescheduling may be offered at LiveSearch SRL’s discretion.

8. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds are not provided because a customer did not achieve a specific business, revenue, productivity, SEO, automation, AI adoption, operational, financial, legal, or personal outcome. Products and services provide information, frameworks, tools, and guidance; implementation and results depend on the user or client.

Send refund or billing review requests to support@julienflorkin.com. Include your purchase email, order reference if available, product or service name, issue, and requested resolution.
