By using the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing protected content, joining a membership, downloading materials, or booking advisory services, you agree to these Terms and the related policies linked below.

If a separate written agreement applies to a specific advisory, consulting, corporate, or client project, that written agreement controls for that project where it conflicts with these general Terms.

3. Products And Services

The site may offer self-serve diagnostic reports, templates, worksheets, protected resources, courses/formations, memberships, newsletters, advisory sessions, consulting, coaching, and related business resources.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, digital products are self-serve resources. They do not include custom consulting, technical implementation, software setup, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, guaranteed results, or unlimited support.

4. Accounts And Access

Some products require an account or protected access area. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share paid access, bypass protection, scrape protected content, or allow unauthorized users to use your account.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if there is misuse, payment failure, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, security risk, breach of these Terms, or legal requirement.

5. Payments, Prices, And Taxes

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or commerce/membership platforms. Payment methods, currencies, taxes, invoices, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Prices may change over time. A price change does not create a refund right for earlier purchases unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Digital Delivery And Withdrawal

Digital products may be delivered by account access, protected page, download, email, dashboard, course platform, or another digital method. See the Digital Delivery and Access Policy.

Where immediate digital access is provided, you may be asked at checkout to request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right once access, download, or delivery begins, where legally permitted.

7. Refunds And Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate purchases, technical access issues, digital products, memberships, and advisory services are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Commercial gestures may be made at LiveSearch SRL’s discretion. A discretionary gesture does not create a general refund entitlement or future obligation.

8. Memberships And Subscriptions

Memberships or subscriptions renew until cancelled, unless the offer clearly states otherwise. Cancelling a membership stops future renewal billing; it does not automatically refund past fees. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, unless there is a breach, payment failure, abuse, chargeback, or legal/security reason to end access sooner.

9. Advisory, Consulting, And Coaching

Advisory or consulting services provide judgment, frameworks, review, recommendations, or implementation guidance based on the information available at the time. You remain responsible for business decisions, implementation, compliance, financial outcomes, operational outcomes, and use of any advice or materials.

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, preparation, and deliverables may be governed by the relevant service page or separate written agreement.

10. AI-Assisted Work And Responsibility

Content, reports, templates, analysis, drafts, recommendations, workflows, or support materials may be prepared with AI-assisted tools. Final responsibility for verification, interpretation, decisions, implementation, and use remains with the user or client. You should review all outputs before relying on them, especially for business, legal, financial, technical, HR, health, safety, compliance, or regulated decisions.

All site content, reports, templates, frameworks, courses, protected resources, images, text, methods, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights unless expressly stated otherwise. 12. No Guarantees

Materials and services are provided for educational, strategic, and informational purposes. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, rankings, operational improvement, automation success, AI adoption success, legal compliance, investment returns, business results, or any specific outcome.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, copy protected materials, resell access, scrape content, use content for training datasets without permission, send malicious content, infringe rights, or use the site unlawfully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveSearch SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site, products, memberships, courses, content, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Belgium will handle disputes unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
